Summary: This standard specifies the color electrophoretic paint drying epoxy ester product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, storage and so on. This standard applies to the epoxy resin and then drying oil fatty acids esterified with maleic anhydride addition reaction, the resulting product (or re- adding the right amount of fatty acids and phenolic resin by a drying oil -modified alkyd resin) added cosolvent, together with water-soluble amines and epoxy ester resin solution with the color pigment grinding modulation with electrophoretic paint. The paint used electrophoresis construction, dried film has good adhesion, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, water resistance, suitable for ferrous metal surface for primer, or decorative paint for interior use surface.
