Summary: This standard specifies the requirements for two sets of rubber hoses and hose assemblies with a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa for loading and unloading liquid hydrocarbon fuels. Both sets of hoses are designed for use with hydrocarbon fuels containing up to 50% aromatics by volume and up to 15% oxygenates by volume. The operating temperature range is -30 �� ~ +70 ��, and the static storage temperature is -50 �� ~ +70 ��. Note: If the hose is used at temperatures below -30��C, the end user should consult the manufacturer. This standard does not apply to hoses and hose assemblies used in LPG systems, aviation fuel systems, fuel station systems, or offshore use.
