1 Scope

This document provides information on the service environment and operating facilities, service categories and methods, service requirements, and practitioners of rural and community commercial chain stores. Guidelines for staff and management. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Chain retail stores located in townships (towns) and villages engaged in commodity sales and related services. Note. Excludes chain retail stores that are only engaged in agricultural supplies operations and services.

4 Service environment and business facilities

4.1 Operation equipment 4.1.1 Product display, display, quality preservation, measurement and convenience should be configured according to factors such as the products operated, business scale, business format, transaction method and other factors.
