1 Scope

This Guidance Document specifies the basic requirements for the production of shiitake mushrooms, including base selection and management, input management, production technology Management, pest control, labor protection, batch management, archival records and so on. This guideline is applicable to the production of bagged mushrooms.

3 base selection and management

3.1 base selection Mushroom origin should be selected in good ecological conditions, away from pollution sources, and with sustainable production capacity of agricultural production areas. Environmental Quality Should comply with the provisions of GB/T 18407.1.
