Foreword

This standard is one national standard "sell" product family standard. The series includes. a) cotter pin. GB/T 91; b) taper pin. GB/T 117, GB/T 118, GB/T 877 and GB/T 881; c) a cylindrical pin. GB/T 119.1, GB/T 119.2, GB/T 120.1, GB/T 120.2 and GB/T 878; d) pin. GB/T 880 and GB/T 882; e) spring pins. GB/T 879.1, GB/T 879.2, GB/T 879.3, GB/T 879.4 and GB/T 879.5; f) grooved pin. GB/T 13829.1, GB/T 13829.2, GB/T 13829.3, GB/T 13829.4, GB/T 13829.5, GB/T 13829.6, GB/T 13829.7, GB/T 13829.8 and GB/T 13829.9. This revised standard adopts ISO 2340. 1986 "headless pin" (in English), the main changes are as follows. --- In the reference file, instead of using our standards with international standards (Chapter 2); --- ISO 2340 does not provide packaging technology requirements, the standard to be prescribed (see Table 2); --- ISO 2340 does not provide for a simplified mark, according to the present standard GB/T 1237 presents a simplified mark (see 5.2). This standard replaces GB/T 880-1986 "pin hole."
