GB/T 7251 "Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment" is divided into the following 9 parts. ---Part 1.General Provisions; ---Part 2.Complete sets of power switch and control equipment; ---Part 3.Distribution board (DBO) operated by general personnel; ---Part 4.Special requirements for complete equipment (ACS) for construction sites; ---Part 5.Complete sets of power distribution equipment for public grids; ---Part 6.Bus trunk system (bus duct); ---Part 7.Complete sets of equipment for specific applications---such as docks, camping sites, market squares, electric vehicle charging stations; ---Part 8.General technical requirements for intelligent complete equipment; --- Part 10.Guidance on the provision of complete sets of equipment. This part is Part 8 of GB/T 7251. This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This part replaces GB/T 7251.8-2005 "General technical requirements for low-voltage switchgear and control equipment intelligent complete equipment begging". Compared with GB/T 7251.8-2005, the main technical changes in this part are as follows. ---Reorganized the overall structure; ---Modified the definition of the term "intelligent complete equipment" (see 3.1,.2005 edition of 3.1); ---Modified the communication mode, four remote functions, system configuration, system software requirements (see 8.2, 8.4.3, 8.4.4, 5.2,.2005 edition 5.4.3, 5.4.4); ---Modified the verification method, changed the type test and factory test to design verification and routine inspection (see Chapter 10 and Chapter 11,.2005 Chapter 7 of the edition); ---The additional requirements for complete sets of equipment using Modbus, DeviceNet, and Profibus in the appendix have been revised (see Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix D, Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C of the.2005 edition); ---Additional requirements for complete sets of equipment using ModbusTCP/IP mode (see Appendix A); ---Additional requirements for complete sets of equipment using Ethernet/IP mode (see Appendix C). 1 Scope

This part of GB/T 7251 specifies the terms, definitions and use of intelligent complete equipment in low-voltage switchgear and control equipment. Conditions, structural requirements, performance requirements, verification requirements, etc. This section applies to intelligent models with rated voltage AC not exceeding 1000V, frequency not exceeding 1000Hz, and DC not exceeding 1500V A set of equipment.
