1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements for the storage and transportation of solid recovered fuels used in cement kilns. This document applies to the storage and transportation of solid recovered fuels used in cement kilns.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 solid recovered fuel The non-hazardous solid waste generated in the production and life process is used as the source, and the waste is sorted through pretreatment, impurity removal, crushing, screening, sorting, molding and other single A fuel prepared by one or a combination of processes, which, when burned in a cement kiln system or in an additional combustion device, can provide thermal energy for cement clinker production.

4 General Requirements

4.1 Entities engaged in the storage and transportation of solid recovered fuels shall obtain corresponding registration. 4.2 Units engaged in the storage and transportation of solid recovered fuels shall establish storage and transportation operation procedures in accordance with GB/T 19001, GB/T 24001 and GB/T 45001.
