1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Cardiac arrest;CA A state in which the heart suddenly stops pumping blood, resulting in interruption of blood circulation throughout the body, respiratory arrest, and loss of consciousness. 3.2 Before the patient is sent to a medical institution for treatment, the emergency center (station) and the network hospital responsible for pre-hospital medical emergency shall follow the unified command and dispatch.
