1 Scope

This document establishes the general principles and procedures for the restoration of degraded forests, and stipulates the identification of degraded forests, classification of degradation levels, selection of restoration measures, and operation design. Requirements for design document preparation, restoration work construction, quality evaluation and file management. This document is applicable to the restoration of degraded timber forests and protective forests, and other forest types shall be implemented accordingly.

3 Terms and definitions
