1 Scope

This document stipulates the basic contents of the power supply plan for users to access the power grid, power consumption capacity and power supply voltage level, electrical main wiring and operation methods. Type, electric energy measurement points and measurement methods, power quality and reactive power compensation, user power transformation (distribution) facilities, relay protection and automation and other requirements. This document is applicable to the formulation of power supply plans for all types of users to access public power grids of 220 (330) kV and below.
