1 Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements, wastewater categories and technical requirements for coal chemical wastewater treatment and reuse. This document is applicable to the treatment and reuse of wastewater produced by using coal as raw material to produce fuels and chemical products through coal gasification or coal liquefaction processes. technical guidance.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21534 and the following apply to this document.

4 basic requirements

4.1 Coal chemical industry wastewater should follow the principles of classified collection, graded and qualitative treatment and qualitative reuse. After wastewater treatment, priority should be given to self-use. The overall process See Appendix A for the route. Among them, wastewater classification and quality treatment should include device pretreatment, wastewater treatment system, recycled water treatment system and concentrated brine processing system. 4.2 For coal chemical industry wastewater, technically and economically reasonable wastewater should be selected based on water quality, water quantity, reuse requirements, discharge standards and corporate water-saving goals. Treatment and recycling technology should comply with the provisions of GB/T 50483, GB 50684 and GB/T 50977.If necessary, the treatment can be determined through testing. processing technology. 4.3 When the quality of wastewater does not meet the water inlet index requirements of the wastewater treatment system, the device can be pre-treated to meet the requirements before it can be discharged into the wastewater treatment system.
