1 Scope

This document specifies the types, models, service conditions, technical requirements and test methods of mechanical pre-cooling equipment (hereinafter referred to as "pre-cooling equipment") law etc. This document is applicable to cold air pre-cooling and vacuum pre-cooling machines for post-harvest pre-cooling of fresh agricultural products such as fruits, vegetables, flowers, and edible fungi.
