1 Scope

This document specifies the safety risk assessment requirements for fine chemical reactions, basic conditions for assessment, data testing and calculation methods, assessment standards and Assessment Reporting Requirements. This document is applicable to the safety risk assessment of fine chemical batch, semi-batch and continuous tank reactions.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Fine chemical industry finechemicalindustry It uses primary or secondary chemicals and biomass materials produced by the basic chemical industry as starting materials, and then undergoes deep processing to produce specific chemicals.
