Introduction

In order to standardize the application of plastic pipe systems in trenchless repair work in different application fields, GB/T 37862 "Plastic pipe systems for trenchless repair" is introduced. On the basis of the General Principles for Plastic Pipelines, it is planned to gradually establish a standard system for plastic pipe systems for pipeline repair. The basic framework is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 Framework of the trenchless repair standard system Each of the above technical series includes a general principle (Part 1) and several parts corresponding to specific methods. Used in conjunction with Part 1 (General). Not all technical (process) standards are applicable to all application areas, so different technical series standards The components of the standard vary. GB/T 41666 "Plastic Pipe Systems for Trenchless Repair of Underground Non-pressure Drainage Networks" is intended to define the requirements for trenchless repair of underground non-pressure drainage pipelines. The working criteria and technical requirements for applicable materials of various repair technologies during the production, construction and acceptance stages are intended to be composed of the following parts. --- Part 1.General. The purpose is to establish the requirements for plastic pipe systems used for trenchless repair of underground non-pressure drainage networks. General requirements, overarching principles and relevant rules to be followed. --- Part 2.Continuous interlaced lining method. The purpose is to clarify the applicable materials of the continuous interlaced lining method in production, manufacturing and construction inspection. Technical requirements for the collection phase. --- Part 3.Tight fitting lining method. The purpose is to clarify the applicable materials of the tight fitting lining method in production, manufacturing and construction inspection. Technical requirements for the collection phase. --- Part 4.In-situ curing lining method. The purpose is to clarify the applicable materials of the in-situ curing lining method in production, manufacturing and construction Technical requirements for the collection phase. --- Part 5.Short pipe interspersed lining method. The purpose is to clarify the applicable materials of the short pipe interspersed lining method in production, manufacturing and construction inspection. Technical requirements for the collection phase. --- Part 7.Spiral wound lining method. The purpose is to clarify the applicable materials of the spiral wound lining method in production, manufacturing and construction inspection. Technical requirements for the collection phase. --- Part 9.Rigid anchor plastic lining method. The purpose is to clarify the applicable materials of the rigid anchor plastic lining method in the production and manufacturing and technical requirements for the construction acceptance phase. Plastic pipes for trenchless repair of underground non-pressure drainage networks Systems Part 7.Spiral wound lining method

1 Scope

This document specifies the "M" stage of strip profiles and the "I" stage of liner pipes used for the repair of underground non-pressure sewer networks by spiral wound lining. The technical requirements, key points of quality control for engineering construction and acceptance, and the test methods for performance requirements are described. This document applies to unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) spiral wound pipes for repairing underground non-pressure drainage pipes by spiral wound lining method. The pipeline system includes the production of strip profiles and the on-site construction and acceptance of liner pipes. Note 1.The spiral winding lining construction equipment includes two types. fixed type (A method) and walking type (B method). The fixed winding machine works in the working pit. The liner is pushed forward along the original pipeline; the mobile winding machine moves in the original pipeline as the spiral liner is formed. According to the liner diameter control plan, usually The fixed spiral winding method is further divided into A1 method (fixed-sizing type), A2 method (expansion type), and B method (head-traveling type). Note 2.The technical content of this document is based on PVC-U strip profiles with an integrated locking structure and their spirally wound liner pipes.
