1 Scope

This standard specifies the mixed rare earth requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, labeling, transportation and storage. This standard applies to the production by molten salt electrolysis, hydrogen storage alloy and a mixed non-ferrous metal alloys, rare earth treated steel used for making dilute Earth metals.
