1 Scope

This standard specifies the system architecture and reference model, physical layer (PHY) and data link layer of a visible light imaging communication (OCC) transceiver (DLL) specification. This standard applies to OCC equipment under the broadband customer network environment based on the public telecommunications network, and the private telecommunications network can also be used as a reference.

3 Terms and definitions
