1 Scope

This document describes the gas chromatography method for the determination of plant growth regulator diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and paclobutrazol in fertilizers. This document is applicable to the detection of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and paclobutrazol in fertilizers. The detection limit of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and paclobutrazol in the method of this document is 10mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 30mg/kg when determining water-soluble fertilizer products. When organic fertilizers and other fertilizer products are directly applied, the detection limit of diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and paclobutrazol is 2.5mg/kg, and the limit of quantification is 7.5mg/kg.

The diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate and paclobutrazol in the sample were ultrasonically extracted with acetone, and under selected working conditions, using a gas chromatograph (equipped with hydrogen flame ion Chemical detector) for determination, external standard method for quantification.

5 Reagents or materials

5.1 Unless otherwise specified, only chromatographically pure reagents and first-grade water in GB/T 6682 are used in the analysis. 5.2 Industrial nitrogen. 5.3 Acetone. 5.4 Diethyl ethyl aminoethyl hexanoate standard substance. 1000mg/L standard solution (acetone as solvent). 5.5 Paclobutrazol standard material. purity ≥98.0%. 5.6 Paclobutrazol standard stock solution. accurately weigh a certain amount of paclobutrazol standard substance (5.5), and use acetone (5.3) to prepare the mass concentration as 1000mg/L standard solution, ready to use.
