1 Scope

This document specifies the hydrological forecast, operation plan, economic dispatch control and operation evaluation functions of the economic operation system of the smart hydropower plant. Acceptance requirements. This document applies to smart hydropower plants.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Economicoperationsystemofsmarthydropowerplant Based on the integrated management and control platform of smart hydropower plants, the goal is to improve the utilization rate of hydropower in hydropower plants, and achieve coordinated and unified hydrological forecasting and power generation. A collection of application components for power planning, economic dispatch control, and operation evaluation.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 The overall functions, external interfaces, and deployment methods of the system should meet the requirements of GB/T 40222-2021. 4.2 The system network communication should meet the requirements of GB/T 36572. 4.3 The system should have the management function of basic data related to economic operation. See Appendix A for the content of basic data. 4.4 Economic operating parameters, operating constraints and operating strategies should achieve unified configuration and management, and support automatic synchronization between different partitions. 4.5 The system should be deployed in the production control area, and be able to run on the integrated management and control platform in the form of components, and be implemented through the integrated management and control platform. The acquisition of external system data, the storage and sharing of calculation results. See Appendix B for the data flow. 4.6 The system should have components for hydrological forecasting, operation planning, economic dispatch control, and operation evaluation. The functions of the components should be configurable and updateable. 4.7 It is advisable to realize a unified economic operation model and algorithm library, and realize management of computing services and expansion and upgrading through an integrated management and control platform.
