1 Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements, process control and quality control for the riveting of composite parts. This standard is applicable to solid rivet riveting and core-pulling rivet riveting of civil aircraft composite laminates.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Laminated mixedparts Composite materials and composite materials, composite materials and metal materials are sandwiched and riveted to form components. 3.2 Wet installation wetinstalation Install the sealant in the rivet hole, on the rivet rod and under the rivet head.

4 General requirements
