1 Scope

This part of GB/T 38696 stipulates the classification, technical requirements, identification and instruction manual of protective glasses with strong light sources (non-laser). This section applies to eye protectors that protect against strong light sources with radiation wavelengths between 250nm and 3000nm. This section does not apply to welding goggles, laser goggles, sunglasses, ophthalmic instruments, sun exposure or other medical beauty equipment assembled part. Note.
