5 General

The interoperability interface between ERP system and MES system should be based on the collaborative relationship between ERP system and MES system. Should be based on this enterprise Requirements, combined with the characteristics of the industry, based on the complete business process, determine the collaboration relationship between the ERP system and the MES system. The collaborative relationship between ERP system and MES system should. a) Meet the needs of various processes and corresponding activities established by the enterprise for value realization; b) Meet the needs of the enterprise to support its management and realization process and its corresponding activities established by the enterprise for the management and control of value realization. ERP-MES interoperability interaction scenarios determine the design and implementation of interoperability interfaces. Interoperability interaction scenarios by specific exchange methods (Or a combination of exchange methods) and specific exchange data (or a set of interactive data) are determined, see Chapter 7. Note. The exchange methods generally include. a) push (PUSH); b) pull (PULL); c) subscription/publish (Pub/Sub).

6 Data Exchange Framework

The data exchange framework of ERP-MES is shown in Figure 1.The main interoperability scenarios include production management information exchange, quality management information exchange, Inventory management information exchange, maintenance management information exchange, the data exchanged mainly includes definition information, plan information, performance information and capability information. among them. a) Production management information exchange Through data exchange, realize the reasonable allocation, coordination, guidance and tracking of various resources according to the process, time and location specified in the plan. Effectively plan, organize and control production activities. The information exchanged mainly includes. 1) Product definition information. Describe the manufacturing method of the product, including material definition, product design, process, technical information, etc. 2) Production plan information. Describe the specifications, quantity, time, location, etc. to be produced. 3) Production performance information. Describe the completion of the production plan, including the completed production results, the completed quantity and effect, Resource consumption, input and output, etc. 4) Production capacity information. Describe the availability of production resources, including the available capacity, allocated capacity, and limit capacity of resources. Production resources usually include materials, equipment, personnel and energy. b) Quality management information exchange Through data exchange, the coordination and tracking of quality testing and reporting activities, and the analysis and control of quality problems are realized. The information exchanged mainly includes. 1) Quality definition information. Describe the inspection specifications for quality testing, including material codes, quality inspection points, sampling points, sampling methods, and judgments. Other methods, etc., and control methods to ensure the reliability of the test results, such as equipment calibration, quality inspection environment, etc. 2) Quality plan information. Describe the requirements for quality inspection activities for materials, environment and equipment, including the time, place, and quality inspection Point, sampling point, sampling method, discrimination method, etc. 3) Quality performance/response information. Describe the result information of the testing activities taken for the quality plan, including quality inspection reports, disposal results, calibration results, etc. 4) Quality capability information. Describe the availability of quality inspection resources, including the available capacity, allocated capacity, and limit capacity of the resource. c) Exchange of inventory management information Through data exchange, realize the effective planning, organization, control and coordination of materials/materials, as well as decision support for purchasing, logistics and sales. The information exchanged mainly includes. 1) Inventory definition information. Describe information and rules related to material/material movement and storage. Rules such as designated specific locations, Specific equipment, first in first out requirements, etc. 2) Inventory plan information. The request information describing the movement of materials/materials, including inbound requests, outbound requests, transfer requests, inventory adjustment requests, etc. 3) Inventory performance information. Describe the completion of the activities taken in response to the inventory request, including inbound information, outbound information, Relocation information, inventory adjustment information, inventory status information, etc. 4) Inventory capacity information. Describe the availability of inventory resources, including resource availability, allocated capacity, and limit energy Power and so on. Inventory capacity generally includes material type, storage space, storage type (such as temperature, danger level, chemical classification, cleanliness, humidity, etc.). d) Maintenance and management information exchange Variable and adaptable technical means of business process adjustment and management. Process management is an optional supported function. 2) System monitoring. Monitoring the operating status of each switching node in the switching domain through the monitoring interface is a Management and maintainable operation support means. Monitoring is an optional supported function. 3) Provide access operations to shared databases, etc. 8.3 Message transmission requirements Clear information interaction specifications should be formulated, mainly including the following aspects. a) Message communication layer protocol The message communication protocol is used to describe the protocol and method of message transmission between systems at the communication level, including network protocol, communication Routing, sender and receiver, identification and reliability, etc. b) Message communication method There are generally two ways of message communication. 1) The synchronization method is "Request-Response" type, which is mainly used in real-time scenarios, such as pulling data in real time, or Perform remote calls. If it is to perform a remote call, the application layer is usually required to take measures to maintain the transaction of both parties/ Data consistency. 2) The asynchronous mode is "Request/OneWay", and the message is sent to the other party through the communication middleware, and the sender only gets Take the communication response. The API of the communication middleware is usually required to provide transaction functions and ensure delivery (the receiver correctly receives Collect and process). c) Message body format specification Common message body formats such as string segmentation, XML, JSON, etc.

9 Test requirement definition

9.1 Overview Interoperability interface testing is generally to determine whether the interface meets or meets the corresponding specifications by testing the input and output parameters in different scenarios And product requirements, and its test requirements include but are not limited to. a) Check the process of data exchange, transmission and control management, as well as mutual logical dependence; b) Check the correctness of the interface parameter transfer, the correctness of the interface function realization, and the correctness of the output result; c) Check the completeness and rationality of fault-tolerant processing of various abnormal situations. 9.2 Business function test The interface test scenarios and test environment should be designed according to the discrete or process industry characteristics of the system to be tested. The test scenario should be at least Covers production management information exchange scenes, quality management information exchange scenes, inventory management information exchange scenes, maintenance management information exchange scenes, And other required scenes. It should address the requirements of data exchange service functions such as information transmission, information processing, and business representation for data exchange, as well as the message communication layer protocol, Message communication method (synchronous/asynchronous), interface realization method (active/passive) and other message transmission requirements, and develop different interface tests Strategy. According to business logic, multi-interface procedural testing should be conducted for different business scenarios. 9.3 Boundary and anomaly testing According to the interface parameters provided in the design document, the parameters should be passed in normally to test whether the correct result is returned. The verification of abnormal conditions by the interface shall be verified. When the parameters are not entered according to the interface requirements, test the handling of the interface. Common differences Common situations include whether the parameter is required, whether the parameter length/parameter type meets the requirements, etc. When there are multiple parameters in the interface, and there is a logical relationship between the parameters, all possible normal and Abnormal combination situation. 9.4 Performance and safety testing Interface performance test content generally includes response time, throughput, concurrency, server resource utilization, etc. The interface security test content generally includes checking whether the interface verification can be bypassed, checking whether the identity authorization can be bypassed, and checking whether the parameters are encrypted. Check the complexity of the password.
