3 Principle

The crushed or shredded sample is subjected to Soxhlet extraction or ultrasonic-assisted extraction with acetone-n-hexane. The volumetric solution was diluted with methanol-water solution, and determined by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and quantified by external standard method.

4 Reagents and materials

4.1 Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are of analytical grade, and the water is first-grade water in accordance with GB/T 6682. 4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure. 4.3 Acetonitrile. chromatographically pure. 4.4 Toluene. chromatographically pure. 4.5 Acetone. 4.6 n-hexane. 4.7 Acetone-n-hexane solution (11, volume ratio). Take 100mL of acetone (4.5) and 100mL of n-hexane (4.6) and mix. 4.8 Methanol-water solution (73, volume ratio). Take 30mL of water (4.1) and 70mL of methanol (4.2) and mix. 4.9 Standards. Tetrabromobisphenol A with a purity of 95% or more, α-hexabromocyclododecane, β-hexabromocyclododecane, γ-hexabromocyclododecane The degree is greater than or equal to 98%. The Chinese name, English name, molecular formula, CAS number, and chemical structural formula of the standard are shown in Table A.1 of Appendix A. 4.10 Standard stock solution (100mg/L). accurately weigh appropriate amounts of tetrabromobisphenol A, α-hexabromocyclododecane, β-hexabromocyclododecane, γ-hexa Bromocyclododecane standard product (4.9), dissolve in a constant volume with methanol (4.2) [Hexabromocyclododecane needs to be added with an appropriate amount of toluene (4.4) to dissolve].
