1 Scope

This standard specifies the chromatographic detection method for C10 ~ C13 short-chain chlorinated paraffin (SCCP) residues in leather and fur. This standard applies to the determination of SCCP content in various leathers, furs and their products.

3 Principle

The sample was ultrasonically extracted with n-hexane under the specified conditions. After the extract was eluted by solid phase extraction, the negative chemical electricity was captured by gas chromatography-electron capture. Analysis and determination by ion mass spectrometry (GC-ECNI-MS).

4 Reagent

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are of analytical grade. 4.1 Water, test water shall meet the requirements of Grade III water in GB/T 6682. 4.2 n-hexane, CAS number. 110-54-3, chromatographically pure. 4.3 Dichloromethane, CAS number. 75-09-2, chromatographically pure. 4.4 Internal standard solution, 1,1,1,3,10,11-hexachloroundecane, CAS number. 601523-28-8, 1000 μg/mL, the solvent is n-hexane. Note. Other suitable internal standards can also be used. 4.5 SCCP (C10 ~ C13) standard solution with different chlorine content, 100μg/mL, the solvent is n-hexane. SCCPC10 ~ C13 contains 55.5% chlorine, industrial grade. SCCPC10 ~ C13 contains 63.0% chlorine, industrial grade. Note. All short-chain chlorinated paraffin standard solutions are commercially available. 4.6 SCCP standard solution (50 μg/mL, 59% chlorine), take 533 μL of SCCP (C10 ~ C13) standard solution containing 55.5% chlorine, respectively And 467 μL of 63% chlorine SCCP (C10 ~ C13) standard solution into a 2 mL volumetric flask, add 20 μL of internal standard solution, n-hexane Volume. ......
