This part is Part 2 of GB/T 38329. This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. 1 Scope

This part of GB/T 38329 specifies the data interface between the shore and the ship, as well as the implementation of non-emergency communications if necessary. The communication procedures for low-voltage and high-voltage shore connection systems specify interface descriptions, addresses and data types. Appendix A also stipulates the Communication requirements. The application of this part involves the appendix of GB/T 38329.1.
