1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, and storage of biodegradable plastic shopping bags. This standard applies to films produced with biodegradable plastic resin as the main raw material, and those made by heat sealing or bonding and other bag making processes Plastic shopping bags are also suitable for shopping bags made of biodegradable plastic and other materials. This standard does not apply to biodegradable plastic bags that are only used for packaging and not for carrying purposes, such as biodegradable roll-to-roll bags (also called tearing Bag or point broken bag) etc.

6 Test method

6.1 Sampling In the sample of the whole packaging plastic shopping bag, first remove the two samples on the upper and lower surfaces, and extract or cut a sufficient number of samples from the remaining samples. Like, experiment. 6.2 Condition adjustment and test environment According to the standard environment specified in GB/T 2918 (temperature 23℃±2℃, relative humidity 50%±10%), and proceed under this condition Line test. The state adjustment time should not be less than 4h. 6.3 Thickness deviation 6.3.1 Measurement Open the biodegradable plastic shopping bag, cut it open, spread it out on one side, and measure the thickness of the film on one side with a thickness gauge. According to GB/T 6672 Measure 8 points along the width of the biodegradable plastic shopping bag, and calculate the recorded data according to formula (1) and formula (2) Thickness limit deviation and thickness average deviation. When the biodegradable plastic shopping bag has embossing or embossing, the embossing or embossing should be flattened Determine the thickness of the flattened area. 6.3.2 Calculation of thickness limit deviation 6.3.3 Calculate the average thickness deviation 􀭰e-e0 6.4 Width and length deviation 6.4.1 Measurement Lay the biodegradable plastic shopping bag on a horizontal surface (open the fold when there is a fold), and measure it according to the regulations of GB/T 6673 Use a ruler with a graduation of 1mm to measure the effective use area of the plastic bag at equal intervals along the length and width of the sample. Measure the width and length at least 4 times. When the biodegradable plastic shopping bag has folds, open the folds, spread the bag horizontally, and measure the overall width of the bag. Calculate the width limit deviation according to formula (3) with the recorded data, and calculate the length limit deviation according to formula (4). 6.4.2 Calculating the width limit deviation 6.4.3 Calculate the length limit deviation 6.5 Senses 6.5.1 Color and appearance Check visually under natural light. 6.5.2 Odor Carry out under normal indoor conditions. 6.5.3 Printing quality 6.5.3.1 Printing appearance Under natural light, visually inspect the uniformity of the printed ink, the clarity and integrity of the pattern and text. 6.5.3.2 Printing peel force Samples were cut from the more parts of the bag printing ink to test the printing peel rate. The printed side of the sample is facing up, and the sample The four sides are fixed on a smooth table surface to expose the test part. 100mm×100mm.Do not touch the measuring part with your hands during the operation. An adhesive tape with a 180° peel strength of 6.5N/15mm±1.0N/15mm, take a width of 15mm and a length of 175mm, and stick it on the printed surface of the sample. Fold it into 180° at 75mm, and roll it back and forth once with a 1kg roller at the sticking position. Then quickly peel off by hand, peel off Then use the 0.5mm steel ruler to measure the peeling area and residual area of printing ink, and calculate the peeling rate of printing ink according to formula (5). Number of samples Quantity 3, take the average value, and round the result to 1%. 6.6 Physical and mechanical properties 6.6.1 Lifting test 6.6.1.1 Test machine Bag fatigue testing machine, amplitude 30mm±2mm, frequency 2Hz~3Hz. 6.6.1.2 Test Put a simulant (such as sand, rice grains, etc.) that is equivalent to the nominal weight and whose volume does not exceed two-thirds of the effective volume of the bag into the bag. After hanging on the testing machine, test 1800 times, observe whether the bag body and the carrying strap are damaged, and record the observed phenomenon. The number of samples is 3. 6.6.2 Drop test Put a simulant (such as sand, rice grains, etc.) into the bag that is equivalent to the nominal bearing weight and whose volume does not exceed two-thirds of the effective volume of the bag. Exclude the vacant air, and seal the bag with adhesive tape while keeping the upper bag film fully slack, and the bag bottom is free at a height of 0.5m from the ground When falling, the test ground should be a smooth, flat and hard ground. Observe whether there are simulants (such as sand, rice, etc.) leaking out, and record the observed phenomena. test The number of samples is 3. For some plastic shopping bags that need to be partially heat-sealed due to special functions, the protruding bags cause stress concentration, such as partitions or supports If the objects in the bag are partially heat-sealed shopping bags (such as partially heat-sealed beverage bags, etc.), this test is not performed. 6.6.3 Water leakage test Slowly fill the plastic shopping bag with 500mL volume of clean water, the water temperature is 23℃±2℃, hang it and keep the bottom horizontal and let it stand for 1min. Check whether there are drops of water dripping from the bottom of the plastic shopping bag, and record the observed phenomenon. The number of samples is 3. For some plastic shopping bags that do not require water leakage due to special functional design requirements, this test is not performed. 6.6.4 Sealing strength test The sealing strength is carried out according to QB/T 2358, and the test speed is 300mm/min±50mm/min. 6.6.5 Dart impact test The falling dart impact test is carried out according to the provisions of Method A in GB/T 9639.1-2008, using a single piece of specimen, not using the step method, and using a fixed drop The dart quality determination method does not damage the sample quantity. The quality of falling darts is shown in Table 6.The number of samples is 10 pieces. Table 6 Dart drop quality 6.6.6 Biodegradability 6.6.6.1 Organic components (volatile solid content) Volatile solid content is determined according to GB/T 9345.1. 6.6.6.2 Biodegradation rate According to GB/T 19277.1 (in arbitration, use this standard) or GB/T 19277.2 or GB/T 19276.1 or GB/T 19276.2 carried out.
