1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Ozone calibration analyzer ozonecalibratorandanalyzers A device for the verification and calibration of ozone detection alarms, ozone analyzers, and standard ozone meters. 3.2 Ozone standard gas ozoneinairreferencegasmixtures A concentration-stabilized air-to-air mixture of ozone that is generated by a mercury lamp or a high-voltage discharge and confirmed by traceability gas. Note. See Appendix A for traceability confirmation methods. 3.3 Zero gas zeroair Contains no air, ozone oxides, or hydrocarbons, any air that can interfere with the ozone analyzer. 3.4 Pass standard transferstandard After calibration by ozone standard reference photometer (SRP) or UV calibration photometer, it can be used to verify the on-site environmental ozone analyzer.
