Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 3564-1993 "Classification, nouns and main terms of bicycle parts". Compared with GB/T 3564-1993, except Structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.1993 edition); b) The classification and name of components have been deleted (see Chapter 3 of the.1993 edition); c) Added terms and symbols (see Chapter 3). This document has been modified to adopt ISO 8090.2019 "Bicycle Terminology". Compared with ISO 8090.2019, this document has made the following structural adjustments. ---The categories in column 1 of Table 1 to Table 11 in Chapter 3, the components and classifications in column 2, and the main components and classifications in column 3 correspond respectively. ISO 8090.2019 Chapter 3 Table 1 ~ Table 11 Chapter Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 terms, Level 2 For component terms with article numbers 1.1 and 1.1a (and so on), the third level and fourth level article numbers are 1.1.1 and 1.1.1.1 (and so on) the main component terms; ---1.2a and 1.2b in Figure 2 correspond to 1.2b and 1.2a in Figure 2 of ISO 8090.2019 respectively; ---10.5m in Table 10 corresponds to 10.5k in Table 10 of ISO 8090.2019; ---11.3.1.1, 11.3.1.2 and 11.3.1.3, 11.3.2, 11.3.2.1 and 11.3.2.2, 11.3.4 in Table 11 respectively correspond to ISO 8090. 11.3.2, 11.3.3 and 11.3.4, 11.3.5, 11.3.6 and 11.3.7, and 11.3.8 in Table 11 of.2019. The technical differences between this document and ISO 8090.2019 and their reasons are as follows. ---Added the terminology of hub motor (direct drive generator) and refined the terminology of lighting device (see 10.5.9); ---Added terminology for wheel speed sensor components, wiring harnesses, alarms, and remote controls to match my country's bicycle industry standard system Matching (see 11.3.3, 11.3.5, 11.5, 11.6); ---The symbol θ2 for the riser angle is added to facilitate product design and comfortable riding (see Table 12). The following editorial changes have been made to this document. ---Change the standard name to "Bicycle Component Classification, Names and Main Terms" to coordinate with existing standardization documents; ---Deleted terms in French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Japanese; ---Change the chain line distance symbol B in Figure 23 to b, and keep it consistent.
