1 Scope

This standard specifies the flameproof, increased safety or explosion-proof - by-composite resistance heater general technical requirements and test requirements. This standard applies to explosive gas atmospheres installed and used in the rated voltage 1140V and below Class II metal heating element shell Hermetic resistance heater.
