1 Scope

This part of GB/T 33770 proposes an outsourcing management model for the information technology service outsourcing service demander (hereinafter referred to as the demander). It defines the requirements for outsourcing strategy, outsourcing implementation, outsourcing delivery and capability elements for outsourcing service demanders. This section applies to outsourcing service demanders, providers and third parties.
