Mounting couplers for permanent connections in fixed installations

1 Scope

This document specifies the classification, marking and documentation, dimensions, construction, mechanical properties, Technical requirements such as electrical performance and thermal performance. This document applies to two-wire to five-wire mounting couplers with or without grounding, with a rated voltage not exceeding 500VAC or DC, rated The rated connection capacity does not exceed 10mm2 and the rated current does not exceed 32A. It is used for permanent connection of electrical devices. In addition to the power supply voltage, there are additional Mounted couplers with contact voltage are outside the scope of this document. In this document, a mounting coupler consists of a female connector and a male connector for permanent connection. The clutch is not intended to be connected or disconnected under load, nor is it intended for use except for initial installation and reconfiguration or repair after installation. This means that the mounted coupler is designed for infrequent connection and disconnection operations. Mounted couplers are not suitable for socket systems or for lighting connection devices that comply with GB/T 31463 (all parts). (DCL), and lamp support coupler (LSC). Mounting couplers that meet the requirements of this document are suitable for use in indoor and outdoor locations where the ambient air temperature does not normally exceed the upper limit The temperature should be 40℃ and not exceed 35℃ on average within 24h, with the lower limit being -5℃. NOTE 1 Additional tests for use in cold climates are given in Annex A. The necessary information is given in the manufacturer's installation instructions. NOTE 2 For other temperatures, the necessary information is given in the manufacturer's installation instructions. In places with special conditions, such as on ships, vehicles and similar places, as well as dangerous places, such as places where explosions are likely to occur, special Special structure. Note 3.The installation coupler must be installed by trained or professional personnel. Note 4.See Appendix B for guidance on the use of mounted coupler systems.
