This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 32105-2015 "Technical conditions and evaluation methods for dipped polyester cord fabrics" and is consistent with GB/T 32105-2015. 1 Scope

This document specifies the product classification, technical conditions, evaluation rules, packaging, marking, storage and transportation of polyester dipped cord fabric. The corresponding evaluation method was proposed. This document is applicable to the technical evaluation, quality identification and acceptance of polyester dipped cord fabrics for tires, hoses and other rubber products.

Polyester dipped cord fabric is divided into high modulus low shrinkage type (HMLS), high strength high modulus low shrinkage type (HT- HMLS) and high dimensional stability high modulus low shrinkage type (HDS-HMLS). According to the linear density and number of strands of its warp, it can be divided into 1100dtex/2, 1440dtex/2, 1670dtex/2, 2200dtex/2, 1440dtex/3, 1670dtex/3 and 2200dtex/3.
