1 Scope

This part of GB/T 32065 specifies the test requirements, test process and related information of the marine instrument immersion test. This section is applicable to assess or determine the suitability of marine instruments used under immersion conditions.

3 Test requirements

3.1 General requirements The standard atmospheric conditions of the marine instrument immersion test are carried out in accordance with the provisions of 4.2 in GB/T 32065.1-2015; the installation of the test samples According to the provisions of GB/T 32065.1-2015, 6.1; the test interruption processing is in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of GB/T 32065.1-2015 get on. 3.2 Test equipment 3.2.1 The test equipment, including temperature test chamber (chamber), pool or test water tank, should meet the requirements of Chapter 5 in GB/T 32065.1-2015 Regulations. 3.2.2 The allowable error of temperature in the temperature test box (chamber) is ±2℃. 3.2.3 The relative humidity in the temperature test chamber (chamber) should not exceed 50%. 3.2.4 When controlling the temperature of the test sample, the test sample should be close to the center of the temperature test box (chamber), and any surface of it should be tested with the corresponding temperature. The minimum distance between the walls of the box (chamber) should be greater than 15cm. 3.2.5 The test sample should not be directly radiated by any heating and cooling elements in the temperature test chamber (chamber). 3.2.6 The test equipment used for immersion should be a pool that meets the test water depth or a test water tank capable of pressure control. Test depth allowed The allowable error is ±0.1m, and the allowable error of test pressure is ±0.001MPa. 3.2.7 The test medium is fresh water, seawater or artificial seawater, and the temperature is 15℃~35℃. 3.3 Test severity level 3.3.1 Sample test temperature Unless otherwise specified, the test temperature of marine instrument immersion samples shall be selected from the following requirements. a) The temperature of the medium is higher than 27°C, suitable for marine instruments that are immersed immediately after the sun and heat b) 10°C higher than the medium temperature, suitable for marine instruments in a typical temperature difference environment; c) Large-volume marine instruments that cannot be put into the test box (chamber) do not consider the temperature of the test sample. ......
