1 Scope

This document specifies the order content, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of seamless steel tubes and pipes for low and medium pressure boilers. This document applies to the manufacture of high-quality carbon structural steel seamless steel tubes and pipes for low and medium pressure boilers (hereinafter referred to as "steel pipes"); it can be referred to by other seamless steel tubes and pipes for pipelines.

3 Terms and definitions

Terms and definitions determined by GB/T 30062 are applicable to this document.

4 Order content

A contract or order for the ordering of steel pipes under this document shall include the following. a) number of this document; b) product name. c) steel designation; d) dimensions;

5 Size, shape, weight and allowable deviation

5.1 Outside diameter and wall thickness The nominal outer diameter (D) and nominal wall thickness (S) of the steel pipe shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 17395.According to the requirements of the buyer, after negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, steel pipes with dimensions other than those specified in GB/T 17395 can be supplied. 5.2 Allowable deviation of outer diameter and wall thickness 5.2.1 The allowable deviation of the outer diameter of the steel pipe shall meet the requirements in Table 1. 5.2.4 According to the requirements of the buyer, if it is negotiated between the supplier and the buyer, and indicated in the contract, the steel pipe with the allowable deviation of dimensions other than those specified in Table 1, Table 2, and Table 3 can be supplied. 5.3 Length 5.3.1 Normal length The normal length of the steel pipe is 4 000 mm ~ 12 000 mm. After it is negotiated between the supplier and the buyer, and indicated in the contract, steel pipes other than the normal length can be supplied. 5.3.2 Fixed length and multiple length 5.4 Bending 5.4.1 The bending per meter of the steel pipe shall meet the requirements of Table 4. 5.5 Out-of-roundness and uneven wall thickness According to the requirements of the buyer, if it is negotiated between the supplier and the buyer, and indicated in the contract, the out-of-roundness and uneven wall thickness of the steel pipe shall not exceed 80% of the outer diameter and wall thickness allowances, respectively. 5.6 End shape 5.6.1 For a steel pipe whose nominal outer diameter is more than 60 mm, the inclination of the pipe end shall not exceed 1.5 mm; for a steel pipe whose nominal outer diameter is more than 60 mm, the inclination of the pipe end shall not exceed 2.5% of the nominal outer diameter of the steel pipe, and shall not exceed 6 mm. 5.6.2 The burr of the pipe end cut shall be removed. 5.7 Weight 5.7.1 Steel pipes can be delivered according to actual weight and the theoretical weight. The theoretical weight of the steel pipe is calculated according to the provisions of GB/T 17395, and the density of the steel shall be 7.85 kg/dm3. 5.7.2 According to the requirements of the buyer, if it is negotiated between the supplier and the buyer, and indicated in the contract, the deviation between the actual weight and the theoretical weight of the delivered steel pipe shall meet the following requirements.

6 Technical requirements

6.1 Steel designation and chemical composition 6.1.1 The steel designation and chemical composition (melting composition) shall comply with the requirements in Table 5. 6.1.2 When the buyer requires finished product analysis, it shall be indicated in the contract. The allowable deviation of the chemical composition of the finished steel pipe shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 222. 6.2 Manufacturing method 6.2.1 Smelting method of steels Steels shall be smelted by the method of electric arc furnace plus out-of-furnace refining or oxygen converter plus out-of-furnace refining. After it is negotiated between the supplier and the buyer, and indicated in the contract, other smelting methods with higher requirements can be used for manufacturing. 6.3 Delivery state 6.3.1 Hot rolled (expanded) steel pipes shall be delivered in hot rolled (expanded) or normalized state. 6.3.2 When delivered in the hot rolled (expanded) state, the final rolling (expanding) temperature of the steel pipe shall not be lower than the critical phase transition temperature (Ar3). 6.4 Mechanical property 6.4.1 Tensile at room temperature The longitudinal tensile properties of the steel pipes at room temperature in the delivery state shall meet the requirements of Table 6. 6.4.2 Tensile at high temperature 6.4.2.1 When the buyer indicates in the contract that the steel pipe is used for the superheated steam pipe for medium pressure boiler, the high temperature specified plastic elongation strength (Rp0.2) of the steel pipe shall meet the requirements in Table 7, and the inspection may not be carried out if the supplier can guarantee it. 6.5 Process performance 6.5.1 Flattening 6.5.2 Flaring According to the requirements of the buyer, if it is negotiated between the supplier and the buyer, and indicated in the contract, the flaring test can be done for the steel pipe with a wall thickness not greater than 10 mm. The angle of the top core in the flaring test is 60°. The flaring rate of the outer diameter of the sample after flaring shall meet the requirements in Table 8, and the sample shall not have cracks or breaches after flaring. 6.5.3 Bending The steel pipe with an outer diameter of not more than 22 mm shall be subjected to a bending test. The bending angle is 90°, and the radius of the bending die is 6 times the outer diameter of the steel pipe. After the sample is bent, there shall be no cracks or breaches at the bend. 6.6 Hydraulic 6.6.1 The steel pipes shall be subjected to a hydraulic test one by one. The test pressure is calculated according to Formula (2). The maximum test pressure of the steel pipe with the designation 10 is 7.0 MPa, and the maximum test pressure of the steel pipe with the designation 20 is 10.0 MPa. Under the test pressure, the voltage stabilization time shall be no less than 5 s; the steel pipe shall not leak. 6.7 Macro-structure Steel pipes directly rolled from ingots shall be subject to macro-structure inspection. There shall be no white spots, inclusions, subcutaneous air bubbles, peeling and delamination on the acid leaching test piece of the macro-structure inspection cross- section of the steel pipe. 6.8 Surface quality 6.8.1 There shall be no cracks, folds, scars, rolling folds and delamination on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipes. The above defects shall be completely removed; the depth of removal shall not exceed 10% of the nominal wall thickness; the actual wall thickness of the cleaned part shall not be less than the minimum allowable wall thickness; the removal part shall have a smooth transition. 6.9 Ultrasonic testing According to the requirements of the buyer, if it is negotiated between the supplier and the buyer, and indicated in the contract, the steel pipe can be subjected to ultrasonic testing, where the acceptance level shall meet the requirements of U2.5 in GB/T 5777- 2019.

7 Test methods

7.1 Sampling for chemical composition analysis of steel pipes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 20066.For chemical composition analysis, follow the provisions of GB/T 4336, GB/T 20123, GB/T 20124 or other general methods; for the arbitration, follow the provisions of GB/T 223.5, GB/T 223.12, GB/T 223.19, GB/T 223.23, GB/T 223.37, GB/T 223.59, GB/T 223.63, GB/T 223.85, GB/T 223.86. 7.2 The size and shape of the steel pipe shall be measured one by one by gauges that meet the accuracy requirements. 7.3 The inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe shall be inspected visually under full lighting conditions. 7.4 The sampling methods and test methods for other inspection items of steel pipes shall meet the requirements of Table 9.

8 Inspection rules

8.1 Inspection and acceptance The inspection and acceptance of steel pipes shall be carried out by the technical quality supervision department of the supplier. 8.2 Batching rules 8.2.1 Steel pipes shall be inspected and accepted in batches. 8.2.2 If the steel pipe is not subjected to heat treatment after being cut into single pieces, all pipe sections cut from a steel pipe rolled from a tube blank shall be regarded as one piece. 8.2.3 Each batch of steel pipes shall consist of steel pipes of the same designation, heat number, specification and heat treatment system (heat). The quantity of each batch of steel pipes shall not exceed the following provisions. 8.3 Sampling quantity The sampling quantity for each inspection of each batch of steel pipes shall meet the requirements of Table 9. 8.4 Re-inspection and determination rules The re-inspection and determination rules of steel pipes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2102.

9 Packaging, marking and quality certificate

The packaging, marking and quality certificate of the steel pipe shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2102. ......
