This document specifies the continuous casting and rolling equipment, wire drawing equipment, tubular stranding equipment, frame stranding equipment, and cradle in special equipment for wire and cable. General technical requirements, special technical requirements and inspection rules for type cable forming equipment, disc type cable forming equipment, winding wire enameled equipment, and extrusion equipment.
