1 Scope

This standard specifies the framework and signaling transport protocol carrying signaling messages based on the IP network, the functional and physical entities Mathematical relationships between the entities, the provisions of the No.7 and IP interworking model in our country at this stage appropriate to adopt and communicate to the model, for Signaling gateway functionality and performance of devices made corresponding requirements. This standard applies to No.7 signaling network interworking with IP networks.
