3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 41513 and the following apply to this document. 3.1 High pressure pump The working pressure is between 10 MPa and 100 MPa. It is a pressure source device used to increase the water pressure and deliver the high-pressure water to the nozzle. Note. High pressure pumps are often of positive displacement piston type to ensure a constant flow rate at a given pump speed. 3.2 spray gun A handheld cleaning tool that controls high-pressure water through a nozzle to form a water jet. Note 1.It consists of a control valve, a spray bar and a nozzle assembly (including one or more nozzles), and the spray gun locking mechanism is shown in Figure 1. Note 2.The spray gun is usually connected to the pressure regulating valve at the discharge end of the high-pressure pump through a high-pressure hose assembly. Note 3.Spray guns can be classified according to the type of control valve. if the system drops to normal pressure when the valve is closed and the high-pressure water is discharged to the atmosphere, it is a unloading type spray gun; if the valve When closed, high pressure water remains in the system, which is a shut-off type spray gun.
