Introduction

According to the classification of GB/T 15706-2012, this document belongs to Class C standard. This document is particularly relevant to the following stakeholders involved in machinery safety. ---Machine manufacturer; ---Health and safety agencies. Other stakeholders affected by the level of machinery safety are. ---Machine users; ---Machine owner; ---Service provider; --- Consumer (when the machine is intended for use by a consumer). All of the above stakeholders may participate in the drafting of this document. The machines involved and the range of hazards, hazardous situations and hazardous events covered are given in the scope of this document. When the requirements of this document differ from those in Category A or Category B standards, for machines designed and manufactured in accordance with this document, For devices, the requirements of this document take precedence over those in other standards. Rubber and plastic crushing machinery mainly consists of blade crusher, strand pelletizer, shredder and pelletizer. Rubber and plastic crushing machinery can be divided into the following four parts according to the equipment classification. --- Part 1.Safety requirements for blade crushers. The purpose is to specify the requirements for crushing rubber and plastic materials with blades in the crushing chamber. The design and manufacture of the blade crusher is safe. Request and give instructions for safe use of the machine. --- Part 2.Safety requirements for strand pelletizers. The purpose is to specify the requirements for cutting rubber and plastic strip materials into Safety requirements for the design and manufacture of strand pelletizers for regular particles and instructions for safe use of the machine are given. --- Part 3.Safety requirements for shredders. The purpose is to specify the safety requirements for shredders that place rubber and plastic materials on one or more slow rotating shafts. Safety requirements for the design and manufacture of shredders equipped with shredding knives for shredding materials and the relevant information for safe use of the machine illustrate. --- Part 4.Safety requirements for pelletizers. The purpose is to specify the safety requirements for pelletizers that change the shape, size and flow of waste thermoplastics in a closed room. The safety requirements for the design and manufacture of dynamic agglomerators are given, and relevant instructions for the safe use of the machines are given. Rubber and plastic crushing machinery Part 2.Safety requirements for strand pelletizers

1 Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for the design and manufacture of strand pelletizers and gives instructions for the safe use of the machine. This document is applicable to the treatment of strand pelletizers during their life cycle (see 5.4 in GB/T 15706-2012). All significant hazards, hazardous conditions and dangerous conditions associated with the strand pelletizer in the event of misuse that is reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer. Dangerous events (see Appendix A). This document applies to strand pelletizers for pelletizing rubber and plastic materials with continuous feed. This document applies to the feed port of the feeding device starting from the strand pelletizer. If there is a starting device, it starts from the strand pelletizer. The starting device ends at the strand pelletizer in the discharge area.
