1 Scope

This standard specifies the project, content and technology of 1100kV gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as GIS) operation and maintenance. Claim. This standard applies to rated voltage 1100kV AC GIS (including HGIS).

3 Safety requirements for operation and maintenance

3.1 Safety technical measures during GIS operation 3.1.1 Security protection of GIS room The security protection of the GIS room is as follows. a) According to GB 8958GIS, the oxygen content in indoor air should be greater than 19.5% or the concentration of SF6 gas should not exceed 1000 μL/L. (or 6g/m3); b) The GIS indoor should be equipped with an automatic detection and alarm device for air oxygen content or SF6 gas concentration; c) Protective equipment such as gas masks, protective clothing and plastic gloves should be provided at the entrance and exit of the GIS room; d) The GIS room shall be equipped with special fire protection facilities in accordance with the relevant provisions of fire protection; e) All access holes in the GIS room shall be sealed with fireproof materials; f) The GIS room should be equipped with adequate ventilation and exhaust devices; g) When entering the GIS indoor cable trench or low recess, the oxygen content or SF6 gas concentration should be measured, and the safety can be confirmed before entering; h) In order to prevent accidents in single-person operations, access to these areas requires supervision. 3.1.2 Ventilation technical requirements for GIS room The GIS room should be equipped with a powerful ventilation device, and the air outlet should be placed at the bottom of the room.
