1 Scope

This document establishes the quarantine procedures for forestry plants and their products that are subject to quarantine during domestic transportation, specifies the pests that are subject to quarantine, Forestry plants, forestry plant products and other objects subject to quarantine, and registration and file management of the units (individuals) involved in the inspection. This document applies to the transportation quarantine of forestry plants and their products.

3 Terms and definitions
