Introduction

This document lists the various hazards that may arise from the use of a vertical dough mixer. In addition, for hazards not covered in this document, see Applicable terms of GB/T 15706-2012. This document includes requirements for product safety and risk, and can be used as a supplement to mechanical design standards such as GB/T 22747-2022. 1 Scope

This document specifies an overview of vertical dough mixers, descriptions of relevant hazards, technical requirements, verification of measures, inspection rules and usage information. This document is applicable to vertical dough mixers (hereinafter referred to as and noodle machine).
