3 test purposes

3.1 Normal operating conditions Basic test specified in this standard can be sure to specify the correct type of truck in the following normal operating conditions, with adequate stability Qualitative. a) job (running and stacking) on \u200b\u200ba solid, flat, level and paved roads; b rear) mast or fork tilt, at a lower load (run) position; c) In the mast substantially vertical, substantially horizontal state under the fork stacking; d perform job) load the truck in the center of mass about the longitudinal center plane. 3.2 Non-normal operating conditions When operating conditions specified in 3.1 is not the same, shall. a) comply with other standards, such as forklifts GB/T 21467 different or specific conditions specified in ISO 22915-10; or b) the stability of the truck by the two parties concerned agree, but test the stability of not less than the requirements set out under normal operating conditions (see 3.1).

4 Stability Test

4.1 Test requirements Stability of two-way and multi-directional forklift running one test method should be used to verify the provisions of 4.2. 4.2 verification step 4.2.1 tilt platform You can tilt test platform should be used. The truck will be tried according to the conditions specified in 4.3, and placed on the initial state of the horizontal test platform, The respective positions are given in Table 3 were tested sequentially. When each test, the test platform shall be gradually tilted to the inclination specified in Table 3. If the truck passed all tests without tipping, the Considered stable. For these tests, the slope value is defined as the rollover test platform, ie the inclination to add, it will lead to truck Tipping. GB/T 22420-2008/ISO 15794.2001
