1 Scope

This section provides a high-speed mixer dispersed pigments and methods. This section should be combined with GB/T 21867 of the evaluation method using an agreed binder system. This section should GB/T 21868.1-2008 read together. This method is limited to the grind with a suitable high viscosity, because only high binder content and/or high pigment concentrations in order to produce high Shear force.
