1 Scope

This part of GB/T 20501 defines the composition of street maps, establishes the design principles of street maps, and specifies the names of the maps. Design requirements for information elements such as diagrams, legends, overviews, and indexes. This section applies to public walkways on both sides of roads, pedestrian entrances and exits of transport facilities, and other pedestrians with relatively concentrated pedestrian demand and high public demand. 4.1 In addition to meeting the provisions of this part, the design of the street map should also comply with the provisions of GB/T 20501.1. 4.2 The neighborhood map consists of the following three mandatory information elements and two optional information elements (see Figure A.1). ---Picture Name.
