This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 20463.1-2006 "waterproof rubber or plastic coated fabrics - Part 1. PVC coated fabrics" and GB/T 20463.2-2006 "waterproof rubber or plastic coated fabrics - Part 2. waterproof and breathable polyurethane coated fabric." This standard GB/T 20463.1-2006 and GB/T 20463.2-2006 main technical changes compared as follows. --- This standard and GB/T 20463.1-2006 and GB/T 20463.2-2006 structure without corresponding relationship; --- Increased terms and definitions (see Chapter 3); --- Modify the product classification (see 4.2); --- Request removed width, thickness, per unit area, the total mass, tearing strength, tensile strength, coating mass loss after heat aging, Skew and other projects; increased fragmentation breakage strength after aging anti-blocking properties, melting check (PVC Only) (see Table 4); outer View of quality and appearance without making grading requirements; signs, packaging, transportation and storage without making demands. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the waterproof and breathable and non-breathable clothing coated fabric requirements.
