This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 1836-1997 "Container Code, Identification and Marking." 1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the container identification system and identification mark, size and box code and its associated mark, job mark and mark Beat method.
