The product lower than the third class are substandard products. 4.2 Carry out rating according to sensory characteristics, gummy fibre content, oil content, residual gum content, breaking strength. 4.3 See Table 1 for technical requirements. The next batch shall be transferred for normal inspection.8 Handover acceptance8.1 When the purchaser accepts the acceptance, it will receive the whole batch if the batch is determined as accepted. In principle, if the batch is determined as rejected, it shall be returned to the supplier, or shall be resolved through negotiation between the supplier and the purchaser. 8.2 Rejected non-conforming products can be repaired and submitted for inspection again in the prescribed manner after the purchaser agrees. 8.3 Rejected batches have been fully inspected by the supplier. After rejecting or repairing non-conforming products, it is allowed to submit for inspection again. The inspection method is determined by the purchaser. 8.4 If moisture regain and impurity content do not meet the regulations or are mixed and mixed in batches, it will be resolved through negotiation between the two parties. 8.5 The public quantity of hemp fiber is calculated according to formula (3): Public quantity = weigh net quantity × (1 + official moisture regain) / (1+ measured moisture regain) …………………. If it is overdue, it will be dealt with according to the opinions of the purchaser. 8.7 When any party in production, supply, sale and use has any objection to the quality and quantity of the product, re-inspection can be submitted, or a re-inspection arbitration can be submitted to a professional fiber inspection agency. The results of the re-inspection shall be subject to one time.9 Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage9.1 The weight of each hemp handle is about 0.5kg.
