Foreword
This standard rule according to GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.
This standard replaces GB/T 17147-1997 "sound broadcasting audio noise level measurements."
This standard and GB/T 17147-1997 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Weighted network in the frequency response 31500Hz by -47.7dB to -42.7dB (see Table 1);
--- Adds a new level to achieve noise measurement weighting network circuit (see Appendix A).
This standard uses the translation method is equivalent to using ITU-RBS.468-4.2002 "sound broadcasting audio noise level measurements."
This standard made the following editorial changes.
--- Increasing the Code chapter;
--- Increased by reference.
This standard was proposed by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television.
This standard by the National Film and Television Broadcasting Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC239) centralized.
This standard was drafted. the State Administration of Radio, Film Radio and Television Planning Institute.

Sound broadcasting audio noise level measurement
1 Scope
This standard specifies the sound broadcasting audio noise level measurement method for the desired weighting network features, characteristics and measurement instruments
Measurement methods.
This standard applies to audio production, sound recording and reproducing system and audio broadcasting system measurement noise level.
2 Code
The following codes apply to this document.
dBqps
Taken as a reference voltage of 0.775V RMS, quasi-peak noise meter with a weighted measure (sound program transmission weight), expressed in decibels of the absolute
Voltage level.

3 Measurement Methods
3.1 weighted network
Measurements should be selected in line with the requirements of this quasi-peak meter, such as the use of weighted networks, it should also be used in line with the requirements of this weighting
