1 Scope

This standard specifies technical requirement and method of normalizing and annealing for steel parts heated in furnace. This standard is not applicable to surface heating process method.

5 To-be-treated Parts

5.1 Materials The designation and chemical composition of the materials shall meet the requirements of relevant standards as well as the quality requirements in Chapter 8. 5.2 Process state The process state of to-be-treated parts is detailed in Table 2. 5.3 Appearance, Quality, Shape, Size and Accuracy The appearance, quality, shape, size and accuracy of to-be-treated parts are detailed in Table 3. 5.4 Acceptance The two parties inspected to-be-treated parts according to compulsory inspection items specified in 5.1, 5.2 and 5.3; if necessary, the inspection may comply with relevant standards. The inspection acceptance records shall be recorded. 6.1.9 All parts of parts shall be cooled uniformly in the furnace cooling process. The cooling speed hereof can be adjusted for important parts. 6.2 Temperature measurement and temperature control devices 6.2.1 Heating zones of heating furnace shall be equipped with temperature measurement and auto-control recording devices as well as over-temperature warning device. 6.2.2 The synthetic error of display instrument for thermocouple temperature measuring device shall not exceed ± 4℃ when the temperature is under 400℃; it shall not exceed ± 1% the set temperature when the temperature is higher than 400℃. 6.3 Equipment maintenance The proper equipment re... ......
