Foreword

GB/T 13190 "Information and Documentation Thesaurus and Interoperability with Other Vocabulary" is divided into two parts. --- Part 1. The thesaurus for information retrieval; --- Part 2. Interoperability with other vocabularies. This part is the second part of GB/T 13190. This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This section uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 25964-2.2013 "Information and Documentation Thesaurus and interoperability with other vocabularies Part 2. Interoperability with other vocabularies. The technical differences between this part and ISO 25964-2.2013 and their reasons are as follows. --- To increase the need for Chinese vocabulary interoperability, add examples of Chinese words and mappings in each chapter; --- Appendix A selects the thesaurus defined by GB/T 13190.1-2015; --- Removed the English version of the index. Please note that some of the contents of this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document is not responsible for identifying these patents. This part is proposed and managed by the National Information and Document Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC4). This section drafted by. Introduction

Identifying and finding relevant information from a large number of collections and other resources has become an urgent issue, and the need for semantic interoperability has become a must. want. To meet this need, we have continuously developed many network services and tools, including (but not limited to). --- Registration of vocabulary and metadata schemes; --- The storage of vocabulary and metadata schemes; --- Control service. This part of GB/T 13190 provides guidance for establishing a comparison service. Registration and storage are not included in this section. Control service Relying on different metadata schemes and mapping between vocabularies, the mapping between vocabularies is the core of this part. GB/T 13190.1 describes the main features of the thesaurus and provides a guide to best practices and introduces the basis for interoperability. Current and There is no standard for the thesaurus to interoperate with other types of vocabularies. Based on this, this part, as part 2, proposes the thesaurus and other words. Make suggestions and provide descriptions of other vocabularies such as classification tables, title tables, etc., but do not provide guidance on the construction of these vocabularies. Chapters 1 through 12 and Chapters 14 through 16 of this section deal with the principles and practicality of vocabulary, especially the thesaurus mapping interoperability. Sexual guide. Chapter 13 provides an interoperable guide for dealing with pre-group categories that appear in the classification table or in other vocabularies that use classification methods. Chapters 17 through 24 cover different types of vocabularies. Give priority to the vocabulary widely used in classification and indexing resources, ie classification table (including application to file management), category table, title table, name specification table. Glossary, ontology, and synonym rings are also included here, although these The vocabulary has other application purposes. Each chapter will briefly describe the main feature information of the vocabulary, and compare it with the semantic components of the thesaurus. Operational requirements and implementation recommendations provide a full semantic environment. Information and literature descriptors and other Vocabulary interoperability Part 2. Interoperability with other vocabularies
