Foreword

This corresponds to the standard ISO 10566.1994 "Water quality - Determination of aluminum pyrocatechol violet spectrophotometry" (in English), and ISO 10566.1994 is not equivalent degree of consistency. This standard replaces GB/T 12154-1989 "boiler water and cooling water - Determination of aluminum analytical methods." This standard and GB/T 12154-1989 main differences are as follows. --- GB/T 12154-1989 soluble aluminum and iron test the Spirit (7-iodo-8-hydroxy-5-sulfonic acid) to generate a stable yellow envelope Compounds were measured for absorbance at a wavelength of 370nm; this standard aluminum and pyrocatechol violet (C19H14O7S) at pH Blue complex reaction 5.9 ± 0.1, the measured absorbance at 580nm wavelength. The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee of Chemical Water Treatment Chemicals Branch (SAC/TC63/SC5) centralized. This standard is drafted by. Tianjin Chemical Engineering Research and Design Institute. The main drafters of this standard. Li Lin, Bai Ying, Shao Hongqian, Zhuzhuan Jun. This standard replaces the standard release case. --- GB/T 12154-1989. Boiler water and cooling water analysis Determination of aluminum

1 Scope

This standard specifies the determination of aluminum boiler water and cooling water. This standard applies to boiler water and cooling water Determination of aluminum content of 2μg 500μg/L ~/L of. Also applies to drinking water, underground Surface water and seawater Determination of aluminum ions in water and light pollution.

Measuring the absorbance at a wavelength of 580nm.

4 Reagents and materials

The reagents used in this standard, unless otherwise specified, use only analytical reagent. Safety Tips. The criteria used acid is corrosive, should pay attention. When contacted, rinse with plenty of water, avoid inhaling Or contact with the skin. 4.1 Water, GB/T 6682, three. 4.2 nitrate. 4.3 the nitric acid solution. 1 + 1. 4.4 acidified water. nitric acid plus 4.0mL to 1000mL water. 4.5 mixed reagent. Take 1.0mL nitric acid into a 200mL plastic beaker, add about 70mL of water. In the above solution was added 25.0g Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate (MgSO4 · 7H2O), 5.0g ascorbic acid, 0.25g1,10- Philippines  morpholine (monohydrate) (C12H8N2 · H2O) and 5.0mL aluminum standard solution. Then transferred to 100mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark. Validity of the solution for one month. 4.6 pyrocatechol violet solution. 0.5g/L. Weigh 0.050g pyrocatechol violet (C19H14O7S) dissolved in about 20mL of water, and then transferred to 100mL volumetric flask, dilute with water Explanation to the mark. Validity of the solution for one month. 4.7 hexamethylenetetramine buffer solution. dissolve 210g hexamethylenetetramine (C6H12N4) in about 200mL of water. Then transferred to 500mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark. Validity of the solution for two months. 4.8 with sodium bicarbonate solution. 170g/L. Said 85g sodium bicarbonate (NaHC03) was dissolved in approximately 400mL of water, and then transferred to a 500mL volumetric flask, dilute to Scale.
